Postage

All goods will be shipped via Australia Post. Once payment has been received, we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery within Queensland Australia, 2–5 days West coast of Australia. All international orders will take 8-14 Business Days.

For same day shipping please order before 12pm, orders after will be shipped next business day.

We will provide a tracking number for all shipments. The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

All orders have tracking numbers

All orders are processed and sent out the same day your order is placed up until 12:00pm. Orders taken after 12:00pm will be sent out the following business day at. Most likely we will get out orders that come in after 12pm, but we can only guarantee orders received by 12pm.

Back Orders:

In the event that a product is sold out, We can do an email or phone “Back Order” for the item. Back Ordered products will be dispatched as soon as they become available and may take 1 to 4 weeks to ship.
